When your child is struggling, it can feel all-consuming. You may feel worried, overwhelmed, and unsure of the best way to help them.

You don’t have to navigate this alone — we’re here to help.

We support children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, and behavioral challenges. We help families understand what’s driving these difficulties and what will help. We take the time to look at the whole picture and tailor care to your child’s unique strengths and needs.

By partnering closely with parents, we work together to help your child feel better and help your family move forward with clarity and confidence.

Meet Erin

Erin Harley, PhD, MA, LMHCA

Hello! I am a mom, a cognitive psychologist, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and the owner and founder of Riverstone Counseling.

I specialize in working with young people experiencing anxiety, OCD, and depression, helping them build confidence, reconnect with what matters most, and work toward fully engaging in life again. I create a warm and supportive space where youth learn to gradually face their fears, develop coping skills, and build resilience. When working with kids I make therapy engaging by incorporating play, art, and games; we even get to have a little fun!

When a child is struggling, the entire family is affected. That’s why I am also passionate about teaching parents practical and effective strategies to improve your child's functioning and well being, for example, how to respond to your child in ways that help reduce their anxiety and build their confidence.

I truly enjoy working with young people and parents and would love to work with your family to help you reach your goals.

It is brave to reach out for support. We are here to help you take the next step.
