When your child is struggling, it can feel all‑consuming. You may feel worried, overwhelmed, and unsure of the best way to help them.

Meet Erin

Erin Harley, PhD, MA, LMHCA

Hello! I am a mom of two, a cognitive psychologist, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, and founder of Riverstone Counseling.

I specialize in helping young people overcome anxiety, OCD, and depression. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can build confidence, develop coping skills, and gradually face their fears. I keep therapy engaging by incorporating play, art, and games into our sessions; we even get to have a little fun!

With over two decades of experience in cognitive psychology research and consulting, I bring a strong commitment to evidence‑based care to my work as a therapist. When a child is struggling, the whole family is affected. That’s why I am also passionate about equipping parents with practical strategies to support their child’s mental health and improve family relationships.

Whether you’re a parent seeking guidance or a young person needing support, we’re here to listen.
